Enable the Delivery and Sustainment of Secure and Resilient Capabilities to the Warfighter and International Partners Quickly and Cost Effectively. Leadership’s highest priority is to take care of our people and the Back to Basics change reflects that. We must prepare the workforce to develop, procure, and sustain overmatching operational capabilities in the face of competition between the world’s great powers.
Doing so requires equipping the workforce with new skills, agility, and innovation—all at the speed of relevance. We also must adhere to the tenets of affordability.
