In this short video, the Honorable Christopher J. Lowman, Assistant Secretary of Defense for Sustainment, provides his perspective on the recently published Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP) Outline Version 3.0.  Mr. Lowman describes how the LCSP Outline supports the National Defense Strategy, summarizes what has changed compared to the previous 2017 version (V2.0), and identifies his expectations for LCSPs and the Product Support Managers who author and maintain them.
