an enabler for affordable readiness; how activities within the Technical Data
IPSE are critical for synchronization and tailoring of the other IPSEs and for
collaboration with other functional areas (e.g., Engineering); guidance and best
practices for planning and execution of contracting instruments and agreements
to actuate product support activities; and the essential role of the Life Cycle
Sustainment Plan (LCSP) in driving codified planning and activities from system
cradle to grave.
