Aug. 5 -- Attendees from across the Department of Defense and industry participated in DAU's first-ever, large-format Other Transaction Authority Overview Workshop. Panelists Ben McMartin (Public Spend Forum), Ryan Connell (Defense Contract Management Agency), Hallie Balkin (DAU), and Michelle Currier (DAU), took participants on a guided journey of the laws, policy, and guidance relevant to Other Transactions.
