This is intended as a refresher in basic regression and model selection for cost estimating courses beyond the introductory courses.  The video uses data that has 3 potential cost drivers and then uses the "Flat Regression Tool" to do all the calculations.  After there are 9 models to choose from, the video steps through the process of using the statistics to determine which model is the most appropriate to describe the data.
