This session will examine a number of persistent myths within the Defense Acquisition Workforce that cloud the task of negotiating fair profits. ​Speaker: Fred Schlich. Fred Schlich has over 35 years of acquisition experience in both industry and Government. A retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, Fred has held positions of commander, director, division chief, program manager, and contracting officer. He is certified level three in both program management and contracting, is a Project Management Professional, a Certified Professional Contract Manager, and carries the Fellow designation from the National Contract Management Association.
