This session will discuss some of the newest acquisition direction coming from Congress (via laws), the President (via executive orders), changes to the Federal Acquisition Regulations (via Acquisition Circulars) and OSD leaders (via memorandums and regulations). There are so many changes continually being directed that we will Cherry Pick the newest direction that will have real world procedural impacts. In many cases the direction is so new that DoD is still formulating an approach to properly execute the new direction.
