Mr. Matt Randall, PBL and Strategic Sourcing Subject Matter Expert from the 448th Supply Chain Management Wing, describes PBL implementation for sub-systems and components. Mr. Matt Tarasenko, PBL Branch Chief, U.S. Army Tank-automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM), describes PBL implementation at the system (platform) level, using Stryker as an example.
