We all know contracting is the essential activity for DoD to obtain the required goods and services. Jeffry Sullivan will provide a peak behind the curtain on the required contracting activities and describe how non-contracting personnel can become better teammates with the contracting team to minimize the schedule and meet Warfighter requirements.
