DAU's Applied International Acquisition and Exportability (IA& E) Critical Thinking Module: Part IIIB focuses on how to employ the DAU Interest Based Negotiation Decision Framework, to help your program team and organization prepare for and conduct discussions and negotiations on important, complex International Cooperative Program (ICP) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) transactions. We developed the entire Applied IA& E CT Module series to explore how applied Critical Thinking concepts and principles can be used to grapple with important and complex IA& E issues. Part I -- Intro to Critical Thinking , Part II -- IA& E Analysis, and Part IIIA -- Stakeholder Analysis and Engagement Decision Framework have already been published.
