While traditional management approaches have largely focused on top-down controls, we recognize different leadership behaviors are necessary in the digital age. This presentation will highlight what’s been done to advance leaders' skills to become more effective in the digital age.

Building from the SAFe competency of Lean-Agile Leadership and Lead by Example, Ms. Hatch will share how their values are aligned with Leadership behaviors, and how they reinforce ongoing learning and improvement as Lean-Agile, modern leaders to lead and drive change.  Examples on how to develop the skills of the modern leader mindset in building trust, being emotionally intelligent, and applying a growth mindset will also be discussed.
