This webinar on Critical Infrastructure is the second episode of our 3-part series on Critical Resources and Contested Logistics. The contested logistics environment can be described as a situation in which a near-peer adversary could reduce access to key resources or limits the movement of forces by restricting international lines of communication and even striking nearby U.S. bases. This webinar will cover how the critical infrastructure that is essential to the deployment, employment, and sustainment of U.S. and allied forces can be threatened. The event will also address how the DoD might try to counter these risks through a balanced approach of integrating military, industry, and allied capabilities to ensure continued access to critical infrastructure and the lines of communication necessary to which they enable.
