Join a panel of NUWC Keyport participants as they share their experiences in Warfighting Acquisition University's WSE 006 Digital Engineering Management Workshop. A major goal from NUWC Keyport is to expand the use of model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and to use Cameo for acquisition related activities. From junior engineers to Chief Engineers and technical leaders, the panel will discuss what they learned, what stood out, and how the workshop gave them a hands-on understanding of digital engineering in acquisition. The workshop combines model-based systems engineering with practical engineering management tasks such as online collaboration in Teamwork Cloud, model-based technical reviews, and automatic report generation in Cameo. Participants also designed and evaluated digital prototypes in LEGO® CAD followed by building and testing working prototypes with LEGO® robotics. This web event will highlight key takeaways and allow time for audience questions.
