Professor Karla O'Connor (DAU Learning Director) and Mr. Anthony D. Lee II (DASD(PS) Policy Chief) discuss what makes an effective Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP) during the August 2022 "Logistics LIVE" event.  Mr. Lee describes key enablers for the Product Support Strategy, such as product support analysis (supportability analysis) and collaboration with Systems Engineers and Intellectual Property experts, to deliver affordable and effective product support for the Warfighter.
