This course will teach participants an understanding of the
options available on the Parameters Tab and how to use the tools available on
the CMS spreadsheet to adjust compensation. This will include CA Proration, CRI
& CA Overrides, Rollover CRI to CA, Discretionary Pay and how to Split % to
Basic Pay. Participants will also learn how to deal with common issues that
will affect your pay pool results and understand some common anomalies to look
for in your pay pool results. This course goes through many options for the CMS
Spreadsheet that your pay pool may or may not be using. Consult your pay pools
business rules for proper use of any of these features.
