Colonel Jesse Warren is the F-15 System Program Manager and Chief of the Eagle Division, located at Robins AFB, Georgia and Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. He is responsible for leading a team of over 450 military, civilian and support contractors supporting the total life cycle management of approximately 800 F-15 aircraft of the United States, Qatar, Israel, Japan, Singapore, and South Korea. He is responsible for executing an annual budget of $2 Billion plus $13B in FMS cases, providing total integrated support for the F-15 weapon system development, modernization, fielding, and sustainment including program, financial, contracts, technical manuals/orders, logistics, engineering, and system management.
