The guest speaker for today’s session is Ms. Marion Whicker. She currently serves as the Executive Deputy to the Commanding General, Army Materiel Command. Her previous position was as the Executive Director of the Integrated Logistics Support Center, U.S. Army TACOM.

Ms. Whicker shares her insights on the Army’s plans to modernize its’ organic industrial base, highlighting the goals, challenges and risks with modernizing plants and processes. She will also provide her views on workforce recruitment, retention, and development.
