This online training course is designed to guide you through the principal regulations and executive orders that are fundamental to contracting with service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSBs). This course helps create an educated and knowledgeable acquisition workforce, one that can identify small business concerns that are owned and controlled by service-disabled veterans. In the process you will become familiar with acquisition strategies that can be used to help you make contracting decisions to award prime contracts to service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses or lead to increased subcontracting opportunities. Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:
