Series Description: The Product Support Delta Course (v2024) focuses on what’s recently changed in Product Support. Change is happening at an ever-increasing pace, thanks in large part to our advancements in the Digital Domain. We will focus on topics that underpin the vision and future of product support. Come to one or come to all ten 90-minute lessons. Each lesson will include 15 minutes of silent work followed by a facilitator who will poll and help summarize the key points. Additionally, each session will include a speaker on applying the topic with an open Q&A period for attendees. Each live session will be worth 1.5 CLPs.

Acting Deputy Director for the Integrated Capabilities Directorate, Air Force Research Laboratory
Dr. Jennifer Serres is currently serving as the acting Deputy Director for the Integrated Capabilities Directorate, Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Prior to this assignment, she served as the Division Chief for the Transformational Capabilities Office (TCO), Integrated Capabilities Directorate, Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL). Established in 2020, TCO is tasked with leading enterprise-level planning and overseeing program execution of AFRL’s transformational component portfolio which encompasses cross-disciplinary science and technology (S&T) efforts, including DAF Vanguard programs.
Science and Technology (S&T) Integration Lead for the Army Futures Command Directorate of Integration
Dr. Lauren Boteler is currently serving as the Science and Technology (S&T) Integration Lead for the Army Futures Command Directorate of Integration in the National Capital Region. Prior to her current role, she has served in various positions within AFC, including the S&T Director, Strategic Innovation Group, and lead on various technical programs. With 19 years of experience in Army S&T, she has a passion for persistent transformation, innovation, and experiential learning. Dr. Boteler holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park and her technical background includes power electronics packaging and thermal management solutions for a wide range of Army applications.
