Scott and Jim discuss with Christy Watts, DAU's Learning Asset Manager for CON 2440V, the Construction Contracting Course.  Christy explains why the course exists, and what it includes, who would benefit the most from taking the course,  how the students are assessed, and how it compares to CON 244 (yes, a completely new course, and much improved).   This course is under the Construction Contracting credential - though, potential students can sign up without signing up for the credential.
