JULY 21, 2021 -- DAU faculty Michelle Currier and Dr. Renee Butler were joined by Phil McManus, of McManus Consulting, LLC, for a demonstration of the Performance Based Payments Analysis Tool. McManus provided an introduction and overview for Performance Based Payments as it applies to structuring, and negotiating, "win-win" agreements with contractors. Performance-based payments are the preferred government financing method when the contracting officer finds them practical, and the contractor agrees to their use.
