Welcome to DAU's Engineering and Technical Management course, ETM 1070, Digital Literacy.  In this course, you will learn foundational concepts of digital behaviors and practices to support implementations of digital concepts.  Digital literacy plays a critical role in today’s Department of Defense in the transformation and modernization of how the Department designs, develops, delivers, operates and sustains systems.
