Restructured, Streamlined, Ready: 2026 RFO Updates to DFARS Part 227 and FAR Part 27

This webinar will provide a summary of key changes from the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) update to Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Part 227 ‘Patents, Data, and Copyrights’ guidance and clauses.  The DFARS Part 227 Class Deviation was effective on February 1, 2026, and summarizes updates covering restructuring and consolidation, plain language revisions, and increased acquisition agility.
