CLC 139, Acquisition of Commercial Items was created in response to the FY18 NDAA. The continuous learning module comprises over 30 separate videos, text content, and knowledge reviews. Each video embedded in CLC 139 has been uploaded to the CON Media Page for easy access by the acquisition workforce. In this video, we discuss the requirement to document the commercial item determination as outlined in the DFARS PGI, as well as provide information on what should be included within the CID documentation.
