The 1st 60-minute session provides a comprehensive overview of CARs, their significance, and how they drive continuous improvement within a contractor’s processes to improve government product quality and delivery. We'll delve into CAR fundamentals, definitions, communication protocols, and stakeholder roles. Additionally, a discussion on CAR effectiveness within contractor facilities will be provided.

Our 2nd 60-minute session will cover DCMA’s roles and responsibilities, inc. participation in DEDSO PRC and provide an overview of the DCMA Support Point Investigation process.
