Mr. Chris Collins and Mr. Robert Thomas are DAU's Agile SMEs.  They created this class to increase the department's awareness of the Agile software development methodology.  This video walks the learner thru the basics of Agile Software development.  It explains why DoD needs to move to Agile software development and the benefits an organization gains from developing software using Agile methods.  It also explains the need for your organization to embrace an Agile culture.
