Software cost estimators often use parametric methods and
perform regression analysis on a database of multiple similar systems for
estimating purposes. This video provides
cost estimators with a review in basic regression and model selection, using data
that multiple potential cost drivers and DAU’s "Flat Regression Tool"
to calculate the underlying statistics for each of the possible models. The video was specifically designed for
