It’s Time for a Software MOSAIC…Framework

The Software MOSAIC is a three-dimensional framework for unpacking the question, “What does it mean to be modular and open from the software perspective?” followed by detailed engineering considerations along these dimensions to achieve a software MOSA. This presentation aims to provide a foundation and starting point for formulating software-relevant guidance for meeting statutory MOSA requirements.
