Brig Gen Luke Cropsey is the Department of the Air Force Integrating Program Executive Officer for Command, Control, Communications and Battle Management, responsible for the execution of the Advanced Battle Management System with the authorities required to ensure integration of related programs throughout the DAF as a core contribution to the Department of Defense’s broader Joint All Domain Command and Control effort. Brig Gen Cropsey will speak on techniques and challenges in developing complex military systems in today’s environment.
