This OTA Today focuses on the recently released Guide to Research Other Transactions under 10 U.S.C. 4021. The Guide's release on June 2, 2023 satisfies Congress' requirement that the DOD issue guidance for Research OTs, as opposed to regulations. As a result, the DoDGARs no long apply to Research OTs and they are no longer called "TIAs." Listen in as subject matter experts explain these changes as well as provide updates on lessons learned in the area of Research OTs.
