Data rights refer to the Government’s rights to
use, modify, release, display and disclose non-commercial technical data and computer software delivered to DoD components by contractors. The process of reviewing data rights markings in contract deliverables can be a complex andtime-consuming task, even for the most seasoned data rights experts.
At this month’s webinar we will discuss how the Airborne Warning and Control System Program Office was able to resolve and correct over 3,000 engineering drawings
labeled with improper data rights markings and how with a proper contractvehicle, the cost of the resolution did not fall to the government.
Please join Mr. Shane Boulware to learn
how having the correct data rights markings on engineering drawings can reduce future program sustainment cost.
