This video is the second in a series of short, targeted learning resources on IP and Data Rights topics. It answers three important questions pertaining to funding determinations for non-commercial technology. First, how does funding for technology development affect my data rights? Second, how do I figure out funding development funding when both DoD and the contractor have funded different parts of the technology?
