OTA Today: DPCAP Update and DIU and Department of the Air Force Discussion on CSO Implementation

Join us for the April 2025 Edition of the Quarterly OTA Today, when we will hear statutory and policy updates from DPCAP and have an in-depth conversation with DIU and the DAF on their procedures for their CSO implementations.  Our hope is to have audience members walk away from the session with a nominal understanding of the two distinct approaches to CSO to enable them to bring those concepts to their work environments.  While this session will not explicitly instruct on how to implement the 6 March 2025 SECDEF Memo - Directing Modern Software Acquisition to Maximize Lethality - mandating CSO and OT use by default, this session will hopefully provide some meaningful context.  The President's Executive Order of 9 April 2025 - Modernizing Defense Acquisitions and Spurring Innovation in the Defense Industrial Base - also adds to the relevance of this discussion.
