This month Let's Get Digital Webinar is focused on Digital Engineering in action and how Naval Information Warfare Center’s (NIWC) Digital Challenge is changing the culture of an entire organization while returning significant impact to the warfighter through innovation and small team efforts. The competition is designed to encourage employee-developed, model-based solutions for complex problems.
Twice a year NIWC invites teams from across the organization to propose potential solutions to complex problems. Teams are selected and given two months to develop their proposed solution and the winning team is given an additional three months to improve their work. The solutions are shared across the center which has improved the adoption of Digital Engineering methods and tools and demonstrated excellent value to the Center and its customers.
