The A-10C Thunderbolt II Operational Flight Program (OFP) software team designs, develops, and tests aircraft software for the world's most venerable close air support aircraft.  The software team, comprised of government civilians and contracted employees, transitioned from the waterfall software development process to the agile process in 2020.  James Doyle is an A-10 pilot Subject Matter Expert (SME), who helps transform customer requirements into reality.
