PURPOSE of PANEL: Deploying software on the battlefield in real-time, at the speed of relevance, will enable the United States to have an advantage over our peer-competitors. This is the North Star purpose of this DoD Strategy allowing us to be agile in real-time to respond to battlefield changes.
