Interview with Honorable Kevin Fahey - Perspectives of Acquisition Leaders (PALs)

Our guest speaker for today’s session is Mr. Kevin Fahey.   He serves as the Senior Vice President for the General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems and General Manager for the Precision Systems Strategic Business Unit. 

 Prior to that, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer for Cypress International, LLC.  Mr. Fahey completed an exceptional career as a civilian in the Department of Defense and Department of the Army, working in his last assignment as the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Acquisition in the Office of the Secretary of Defense.  His past Army leadership assignments include Executive Director, System of Systems Engineering and Integration in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology; Program Executive Officer for Combat Support and Combat Service Support; and PEO for Ground Combat Systems.

Mr. Fahey will share his perspectives on the military industrial complex, the Great Powers Competition, the Adaptive Acquisition framework, acquisition programs, and workforce development.
